WHAT SPACES DO YOU ORGANIZE?

We primarily focus on spaces in the home but have also organized plenty of other spaces. Whatever you need organized, we have you covered! And if that happens to be your yacht or private jet, we're up for the challenge.

CAN I BOOK YOUR SERVICES IF I LIVE OUT OF TOWN?

Yes, contact us to inquire about our travel rate based on your location and your needs. Also, we are able to perform our services for your project if you are out of town. 

HOW DO I BOOK A CONSULTATION?

Submit our contact form. Once your message is submitted, we will contact you within 24-48 hours, during normal business hours.

DO YOU INSTALL SHELVING OR ANY OTHER DESIGN ELEMENTS?

Yes, we are a full-service company that can handle any of you home needs.

DO I HAVE TO DO ANYTHING DURING THE MOVING PROCESS?

No, we can handle every detail of your move - from packing and contacting a local or national moving company to unpacking at your new residence. We can have your home staged, cleaned, and ready for your Realtor. We handle it all.

DO YOU INSTALL CUSTOM CLOSETS AND GARAGE SYSTEMS?

Yes, we are able to design and install all your custom closet and garage systems. Our clients truly benefit from our organization and functionality expertise. We make sure that your systems are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

HOW INVOLVED DO I NEED TO BE DURING THE ORGANIZATIONAL PROCESS?

That is totally up to you. We only need you to be available during the editing process, as you need to make the decisions about what remains.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Every project in unique and customized to each client. Our rates vary based on the specific needs and project. Our rates are based on hours needed for the project.

CAN YOU GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF HOW MUCH MY PROJECT WILL COST?

This is the hardest question to answer because it is impossible to predict how long a project will take and how much product we will use until we are in the space. Each space is so different, and every client is different. Because of that, we charge hourly, bring in an appropriately sized team, and do everything in our power to complete the reset quickly. We will always tell you the size team we are bringing to give you an idea of the project cost in hourly in labor. A retainer fee is collected before the project can begin.

HOW MUCH WILL PRODUCT COST?

Product cost estimates are very hard to predict, but we have found that, on average, what is spent on organizing is the same amount as what is spent on products. If we decant everything and fill every drawer with dividers, it will be more. If you have a lot of great containers that we can use, it will be less. If you have a smaller budget, we can bring in more budget-friendly options as well. We typically bring in a variety of products and focus on what looks best unless a client has specific preferences. We always shop for product that has the best price, offers the best function, and gives the aesthetic the project deserves. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE HOURLY FEE?

Our hourly fee includes all aspects of the project, shopping, loading/unloading onsite, designing, and performing the project. We bring in a team that makes it as efficient as possible for the accepted estimate. Travel time is charged for projects outside of Collier and Lee Counties.

HOW LONG DOES A PROJECT TYPICALLY TAKE?

Each project is customized and an estimated number of hours needed will be provided with your proposal. 

DO YOU WORK WITH INTERIOR DESIGNERS?

Yes! We value the relationships with designers.  We understand design and place a high priority on continuing the aesthetic of the home/jet/yacht into every space. Our scope of work extends beyond what designers typically do and we love working with them to help their clients receive the best experience in their newly designed space. The sooner we can be involved in the design process the better, as we specialize in collaborating to bring the most function to the design and space.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE ITEMS I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH?

We are able to help you edit your items as you feel comfortable. Items that you choose to eliminate will be donated or removed. Items that you choose to remain will be placed in a functional location for your needs. 

I'M EMBARRASSED TO HAVE MY THINGS GONE THROUGH, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are here to help create a functional space for you, no judgement is made. We completely understand and value your items.
